From Santa Monica, head to the Santa Monica Transit Center located at 4th Street and Colorado Avenue. Take the Metro Bus Line 534 towards Malibu. The bus will stop at various stops along the Pacific Coast Highway. Get off at the 'Malibu Pier' bus stop. From there, it's just a short walk to the pier.
