Greyhound Rock is located off Highway 1, approximately 17 miles north of Santa Cruz. From Santa Cruz, drive north on Highway 1 past Davenport and Scott Creek. The parking lot for Greyhound Rock County Park will be on your left. Parking is free. Be aware that the parking lot can get crowded, especially on weekends.

While not the most direct route, public transportation is possible. From the Santa Cruz Metro Center, take the Highway 17 Express bus towards San Jose and get off at the 'Davenport' stop. From there, walk approximately 1 mile north on Cabrillo Highway (Highway 1) to reach Greyhound Rock. A one-way fare on the Highway 17 Express is approximately $6.
