From the Great America ACE/Amtrak station, walk north along Great America Parkway. Turn left onto Tasman Drive, heading west. Continue on Tasman Drive until you reach Lick Mill Boulevard. Turn left onto Lick Mill Boulevard. The James Lick Mansion will be on your left, within the Mansion Grove Apartment complex. The Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) light rail also serves the area. Take the Green or Orange line to the 'Lick Mill Station'. From there, walk east along Tasman Drive, then turn left onto Lick Mill Boulevard. The mansion will be on your left. A single VTA light rail fare is $2.50.
