Take the San Joaquin Regional Transit District (SJRTD) bus route 40 or 45 from the downtown Stockton Transit Center (located at 22 E Weber Ave). Check the schedule for the latest times. Get off at the 'Pershing Ave & E Oak St' stop, which is a short walk to Victory Park. From the bus stop, walk north on N Pershing Ave for about 0.2 miles; the park entrance will be on your right.
