    From your location in Tahoe City, walk to the nearest bus stop on North Lake Blvd, which is just a few blocks away. Catch the Blue Go Bus headed south towards South Lake Tahoe. The bus will take you along the scenic route, and you will get off at the stop closest to Baldwin Beach, which is at the intersection of Baldwin Beach Rd and Highway 89. From the bus stop, walk south on Baldwin Beach Rd for about 0.5 miles, and you will see Baldwin Beach on your left.

    If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Tahoe City. Head south on North Lake Blvd (CA-89) towards Highway 89. Continue on North Lake Blvd for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Baldwin Beach Rd. Turn left onto Baldwin Beach Rd and bike for approximately 0.5 miles. Baldwin Beach will be on your left-hand side.
