Getting There

Walking

From the Tahoe City Transit Center, walk north along N Lake Blvd (Highway 28) for approximately 0.5 miles. The Lighthouse Center will be on your right, easily identifiable by Safeway and its lakeside location. The walk is mostly flat and offers scenic views of Lake Tahoe. Allow 10-15 minutes for the walk.
Public Transport

The TART (Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit) ML bus line stops directly at the Lighthouse Center (Hwy 28 at Lighthouse Center Shelter). Several TART routes connect to the Tahoe City Transit Center, a central hub. From the transit center, transfer to the ML bus. TART is free to ride.
Driving

From the 'Y' intersection in Tahoe City (junction of Highways 89 and 28), continue north on Highway 28. The Lighthouse Center will be on your right in less than a mile. Turn right into the center's parking lot. Parking is free and plentiful.
