From Union City BART Station, take the BART train towards Warm Springs/South Fremont. Get off at the Fremont Station. From there, transfer to the VTA Bus Line 180 towards San Jose. Ride the bus for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the stop for El Camino Real & Mission College Blvd. Walk east on El Camino Real for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Santa Clara University at 500 El Camino Real.

If you prefer to bike, start at the Union City Community Center. Head south on Alvarado-Niles Road until you reach the intersection with Mission Blvd. Turn left onto Mission Blvd and continue for about 5 miles. Then, turn right onto El Camino Real. Santa Clara University will be on your left side after approximately 2 miles. The ride will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace.

If you are near Union Landing, you can walk to Santa Clara University. Start by heading north on Union Landing Drive, then turn left onto Alvarado-Niles Road. Keep walking for another 3 miles, and you will arrive at Santa Clara University at 500 El Camino Real.
