From Union City, head to the Union City BART station. Take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the Fremont station. From there, transfer to the VTA light rail by following the signs to the VTA station. Take the light rail towards Santa Teresa and get off at the Santa Clara station. The SAP Center is a short walk from there; just head west on W Santa Clara St for about 0.5 miles.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Union City. Start by heading southeast on Decoto Rd towards Union Landing. Continue on Decoto Rd until you reach the intersection with Alvarado-Niles Rd, then take a left to head south. Follow Alvarado-Niles Rd until you reach the bridge over the highway. After crossing the bridge, take the bike path on the right that leads to the Bay Trail. Follow the Bay Trail south until you reach the San Jose area. Once you arrive, navigate to 525 W Santa Clara St, where the SAP Center is located.

If you are already in the downtown area of Union City, head towards the Union City BART station. From there, board the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at the Fremont station. Once at Fremont, follow the signs to the VTA light rail station and take the light rail towards Santa Teresa. Get off at the Santa Clara station, which is close to SAP Center. Walk west on W Santa Clara St for about 0.5 miles to reach your destination.
