Walking
From Venice Beach, head east on Venice Blvd until you reach the intersection with Lincoln Blvd. Turn left onto Lincoln Blvd and continue walking north for about 1 mile. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Once you reach the intersection with Rose Ave, turn right and walk east until you reach the end of Rose Ave, where it intersects with the beach path. Continue along the beach path until you reach the Santa Monica Pier. From there, you can take public transportation (like a bus) or a rideshare to Echo Park.

Public Transportation
From Venice Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Venice Blvd at Pacific Ave. Take the Metro Bus Line 33 heading towards Downtown LA. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes and get off at the stop at Sunset Blvd & Echo Park Ave. From there, walk south on Echo Park Ave for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Echo Park.

You can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Venice Beach. Start on the beach bike path and head north towards Santa Monica. After reaching Santa Monica, you can take the bike lane along Main St towards Venice Blvd. Continue along Venice Blvd until you reach Lincoln Blvd. From there, follow Lincoln Blvd north to Sunset Blvd, and take a right turn onto Sunset. Continue until you reach Echo Park, which will be on your left.
