    Getting There

    Walking

    If you're starting from Venice Beach Boardwalk, walk north along the boardwalk until you reach the end, then continue on Ocean Front Walk. After about 1 mile, you'll reach the Santa Monica Pier. From here, turn left onto Santa Monica Blvd. and walk up to Ocean Ave. Turn right on Ocean Ave and you will see Palisades Park on your left.

    Biking

    If you have access to a bike, you can bike along the Marvin Braude Bike Trail which runs parallel to the beach. Head north on the bike path from Venice Beach until you reach Santa Monica. Once you arrive at the Santa Monica Pier, you can easily navigate to Ocean Ave. and find Palisades Park just a short ride away on your left.

    Public Transportation

    Take the Big Blue Bus #1 or #5 from any stop along the Venice Beach area heading towards Santa Monica. Get off at the stop at 4th St. and Santa Monica Blvd. From there, walk south on 4th St. until you reach Ocean Ave. Turn left on Ocean Ave and Palisades Park will be on your left after a short walk.
