Take a right onto Lincoln Boulevard and continue walking until you reach the bus stop for the Metro 33 or 733 bus at the corner of Lincoln and Washington Blvd. Here, you will board the bus heading towards Downtown Los Angeles. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes until you reach the stop at 7th St/Metro Center. From there, transfer to the Metro Blue Line towards Washington Station and get off at the 7th Street/Metro Center Station.
