    BART Train

    From Walnut Creek, head to the Walnut Creek BART Station located at 200 S. California Blvd. Take the BART train towards the San Francisco/Daly City. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes. Get off at the Montgomery St. station in San Francisco. From there, transfer to the MUNI bus or streetcar. Take the MUNI 5-Fulton bus from Montgomery St. station towards the Richmond district. Get off at the stop at Hayes St & Fillmore St. Alamo Square Park will be a short walk from the bus stop.

    Muni Bus

    If you're closer to the Walnut Creek BART station, take the 4 or 5 bus lines that connect to the BART station. Once you arrive at the Montgomery St. BART station, transfer to the Muni 5-Fulton bus. Ride until you reach Hayes St & Fillmore St. From there, walk a few blocks to Alamo Square Park.

    Walking/Combination of BART and Walking

    If you prefer walking, you can walk to the nearby Walnut Creek BART station (about 15 minutes from downtown Walnut Creek). Take the BART train towards San Francisco, get off at Montgomery St., and then enjoy a scenic walk to Alamo Square. It’s approximately a 40-minute walk from Montgomery St. through the vibrant streets of San Francisco to reach Alamo Square.
