Shuttle Bus

Cathedral Beach Picnic Area is easily accessible via the free Yosemite Valley Shuttle. Take the Valleywide Shuttle (Green Route) and get off at stop #10. From the shuttle stop, it's a short walk to the picnic area. The shuttle operates from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and arrives every 12 to 22 minutes. There is no cost to ride the shuttle.
Driving

If driving, Cathedral Beach Picnic Area is located on Southside Drive, a few miles east of Bridalveil Fall. Look for the picnic area sign along the road near El Capitan Bridge.
