Walking
From the Lembert Dome parking area or the Tuolumne Meadows Visitor Center, follow the signs towards Soda Springs and Parsons Memorial Lodge. The trail is relatively flat and well-maintained, traversing through Tuolumne Meadows. The walk is approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) and takes about 30 minutes to reach the lodge. There are no fees associated with accessing the trail or the lodge.

During the summer months, the free Yosemite Valley to Tuolumne Meadows Hiker's Bus provides access to Tuolumne Meadows from Yosemite Valley. From any of the designated stops in Yosemite Valley, take the Hiker's Bus to the Tuolumne Meadows Visitor Center. From there, follow the walking directions to Parsons Memorial Lodge. The Hiker's Bus typically operates from mid-June to early September; check the Yosemite National Park website for the current schedule. YARTS (Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System) also provides service to Yosemite National Park from gateway communities; a one-way fare on YARTS can range from $15 to $30 depending on the origin.
