From the center of Battambang, head to the main street (Street 1) and look for a tuk tuk driver. Negotiate a fare to the Banon Bamboo Train. The ride should take around 30 minutes. Inform the driver to take you to Banan district, specifically to the coordinates X43Q+M99. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Battambang. Start at the central market (Phsar Nath) and head southwest on Street 1 until you reach the junction with Street 2. Turn left and continue straight. Follow the signs towards Banan. The ride will take approximately 1 hour, and you will see beautiful countryside views. Once you reach the area of Banan, look for signs directing you to the Bamboo Train.

For those feeling adventurous and fit, you can walk to the Banon Bamboo Train. Start from the central market (Phsar Nath) and walk south along Street 1. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Take a left onto Street 2 and continue walking straight. It’s about a 2.5-kilometer walk from there. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated as it can be quite warm.

Rent a motorbike from one of the rental shops in Battambang. From the central market, take Street 1 heading southwest. After about 3 kilometers, turn left onto Street 2 and continue until you reach the area of Banan. Follow local signs to the Bamboo Train. It should take around 20 minutes to reach your destination.
