Car
From Kampot town, head east on National Road 3 towards Takeo for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to the left towards 'Beetle Waterfall' or 'Auv Mal Waterfall'. Follow the small road for approximately 7 kilometers until you reach the entrance. Parking is available at the site.
Public Transport
Catch a tuk-tuk or a local bus from Kampot town heading towards Takeo. Inform the driver that you are going to Beetle Waterfall. After about 10 kilometers, request the driver to drop you off at the junction for Beetle Waterfall. From there, hire a local 'motodop' (motorcycle taxi) to take you the remaining 7 kilometers to the waterfall entrance. Expect to pay around $5 to $10 for the tuk-tuk or motodop, depending on your negotiation skills.
Walking
Once you arrive at the entrance of Beetle Waterfall, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the waterfall itself. The path may be uneven and rocky, so wear comfortable shoes.
