Car
From Kampong Speu, head east on National Road 4 (NR4) towards Phnom Penh. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards NR3. Continue on NR3 heading south for about 80 km until you reach the junction with NR33. Turn left onto NR33 and follow the signs to Kep. After about 20 km, you will arrive in Kep. Follow the signs to Kep Beach, where Pantai Kep is located.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Kampong Speu, head to the local bus station and take a bus heading to Phnom Penh. The fare is around $2. Once in Phnom Penh, transfer to a bus going to Kep; these buses leave from the central bus station (Phnom Penh Sorya Transport) and cost approximately $6. The journey to Kep will take about 3-4 hours. Upon arrival in Kep, you can take a tuk-tuk or walk to Kep Beach, where Pantai Kep is situated.
