Car
From Kampong Speu town, head south on National Road 4 towards Phnom Penh. Continue driving for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the junction for National Road 3. Take a left onto National Road 3 and continue for about 30 kilometers. You will eventually see signs directing you towards Veal Pouch Waterfall. Follow these signs, and take a right onto the Unnamed Road leading to the waterfall, which is approximately 10 kilometers further down. There might be a small parking fee at the site, so keep some cash handy.
Public Transportation
From Kampong Speu, take a local bus or shared taxi heading towards Phnom Penh. Get off at the junction for National Road 3, which is approximately 60 kilometers from Kampong Speu. From here, you can hire a motorbike taxi to take you to Veal Pouch Waterfall. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, and expect to pay around $5-$10 for the ride to the waterfall, which is about 10 kilometers away from the main road.
Motorbike
If you prefer riding a motorbike, rent one in Kampong Speu and head south on National Road 4. After about 60 kilometers, take a left onto National Road 3. Continue for another 30 kilometers until you see signs for Veal Pouch Waterfall. Turn right onto the Unnamed Road leading to the waterfall, which is another 10 kilometers ahead. Ensure you have a valid driver's license and wear a helmet, as these are required by law.
