From Kampong Thom city center, head southeast on National Road 6 (NR6) towards Siem Reap. After approximately 15 kilometers, look for a sign indicating Cheung Kok Village. Turn right onto the road leading into the village. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach Cheung Kok Ecotourism Village at the coordinates 12.0176155, 105.4076351.

Public Transportation
Begin your journey at the Kampong Thom bus station. Look for a local minibus or shared taxi heading towards Siem Reap. Ask the driver to drop you off at the turn-off for Cheung Kok Village, which should be around 15 kilometers from the city. From this point, you can either walk the remaining 5 kilometers to the village or negotiate a ride with a local motorbike taxi (cost may vary from $1 to $3).
