Getting there

Car

If you're driving, head towards Krong Kaeb on National Road 3 (NR3). Once you reach the city center of Kep, look for signs directing you to the Kep National Park. Turn onto the road that leads into the park. Continue on this road until you reach the entrance of the park, where you may need to pay a small entrance fee (around $1) to access the park. Once inside, follow the signs to Sunset Rock, which is approximately a 15-minute drive from the park entrance. There will be parking available near Sunset Rock.

Public Transport (Tuk-Tuk)

To reach Sunset Rock via public transport, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any location in Kep. Negotiate the fare in advance, typically around $5-$10 depending on your starting point. Ask the driver to take you to Kep National Park. After reaching the park entrance, the driver can either wait for you or drop you off and return later to pick you up. The ride from the city center to Sunset Rock will take about 20-25 minutes.

Walking

For the more adventurous, if you're staying near the Kep National Park, you can walk to Sunset Rock. From the park entrance, follow the marked trails leading to Sunset Rock. This trek can take approximately 30-40 minutes. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the paths can be uneven and steep in places.
