Car
If you are driving from the Kep town center, head east on Street 33 until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto National Road 3 (NR3) heading towards Kampot. Continue on NR3 for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for the sign for 'ទំនប់អូរក្រសារ' and turn left onto Unnamed Road. Drive for about 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at the dam. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation (Tuk-Tuk)
From your accommodation in Kep, you can hire a tuk-tuk to take you to 'ទំនប់អូរក្រសារ'. Negotiate the fare beforehand; the cost should be around $5 to $10 depending on the distance from your location. The tuk-tuk will take you along Street 33 to NR3, and then turn left onto the Unnamed Road leading to the dam. The journey typically takes about 20-30 minutes.
Public Transportation (Local Bus)
Take a local bus from Kep to Kampot and ask the driver to drop you off at the turn-off for 'ទំនប់អូរក្រសារ' on National Road 3. The bus fare is approximately $1 to $2. From the drop-off point, you may need to walk or hire a tuk-tuk for the remaining 1 kilometer to the dam. Be mindful of bus schedules, as they may not run frequently.
