From Kep town center, especially near Kep Beach or the Crab Market, the main entrance to Kep National Park is accessible on foot. The walk to the main entrance behind Veranda Natural Resort takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Be prepared for exposed roads with limited shade; bring water and sun protection. Follow the main road east from the Crab Market or south from Kep Beach, watching for signs pointing to Veranda Natural Resort. Upon arrival, there is a $1 USD entrance fee for foreign visitors.

The most common way to reach Kep National Park's main entrance from Kep town is by tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi. Negotiate the fare in advance, typically around $3-5 USD for a round trip. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes, passing through local streets and offering glimpses of rural life. The main entrance is located behind the Veranda Natural Resort. Alternatively, a less used entrance is located behind Kep Lodge.
