Getting There

• Boat

  To reach Kaoh Tonsay (Rabbit Island) from Kep, make your way to the Kep Pier, which is located near the Crab Market. If you're starting from your accommodation in Kep, you can easily walk to the pier by heading southeast along the coast. Once at the pier, you will find various boat operators offering trips to the island. Look for a boat that is scheduled to depart; they usually leave every 30 minutes or so, but it’s best to confirm the timing with the operators. The boat ride to Kaoh Tonsay takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views of the ocean during your ride.

• Walking

  If you are already in Kep and wish to explore a bit before boarding the boat to Kaoh Tonsay, you can take a leisurely walk from the Crab Market along the coastline. Head towards the south from the market, following the road that runs parallel to the water. This walk will not only take you to the pier but also allow you to enjoy the beautiful sea views and local atmosphere. Be sure to take your time and enjoy the sights along the way.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Kep. Cycle along the coastal road towards the Kep Pier. The ride is quite scenic and provides an excellent opportunity to see the local landscape. Once you reach the pier, you can securely park your bicycle and proceed to board one of the boats heading to Kaoh Tonsay. The cycling distance is approximately 2 kilometers, making it a pleasant ride.
