Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Kep, head southwest towards the beach. Walk along the beachfront promenade until you reach the Kep Crab Market. Continue past the market and keep walking along the main road (Preah Sihanouk Avenue) until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Thmey Village. Turn left onto the road that leads to Thmey Village. Continue straight until you see signs for the Mangrove Protected Forest. The entrance is marked, and you can walk straight in from there.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Kep. Start from the center of Kep and ride towards the beach. Follow the coastal road past the Kep Crab Market and keep going straight until you reach the intersection with the road to Thmey Village. Turn left onto this road and follow it. Look for signs leading to the Mangrove Protected Forest as you ride. The entrance will be clearly marked along the way.
