Car

From the center of Pailin, head southeast on National Road 57. Continue for about 7 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Here, take the left path towards Phnom Khiev. Follow this road for another 5 kilometers, keeping an eye out for signage indicating the waterfall. The road may be bumpy, so drive carefully. Once you see the sign for Phnom Khiev Waterfall (QJW8+P34, Krong Pailin), park your car in the designated area. The waterfall is a short walk from the parking lot.
