Getting there

Bicycle

From the central area of Phnom Penh, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops. Head north on Norodom Boulevard until you reach the junction with the Preah Sisowath Quay. Take a left and continue along the riverside until you reach the ferry terminal at Chroy Changvar. Here, you can catch a ferry that will take you directly to Koh Dach Island. The ferry runs frequently, so you won't have to wait long.

Tuk-Tuk

To get to Koh Dach Island by tuk-tuk, start from the Royal Palace in the heart of Phnom Penh. Ask your driver to take you to the Chroy Changvar ferry terminal. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the terminal, you can take a short ferry ride to the island. Make sure to confirm with your driver the ferry schedule so you know when to return.

Motorbike Taxi

You can use a motorbike taxi service to get to Koh Dach. Find a motorbike taxi stand near your location or use a ride-hailing app like Grab. Request a ride to Chroy Changvar ferry terminal. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. After arriving at the terminal, board the ferry that goes to Koh Dach Island. Be sure to check the ferry schedule for return trips.

Walking and Ferry
