If you're starting from the Royal Palace, head east on Street 178 until you reach the intersection with Norodom Boulevard. Turn left onto Norodom Boulevard and walk north for about 1.2 kilometers. Look for the junction with Street 282, where you'll see the Independence Monument on your right. Continue straight on Norodom Boulevard until you reach Street 102. Turn right onto Street 102 and after a short walk, you will find Konghing Fountain on your left, near the intersection with HW66+WRW.

From Wat Phnom, head south on Street 148 until you reach the intersection with Street 19. Turn left and continue on Street 19 until you reach Norodom Boulevard. Turn right and ride north on Norodom Boulevard for about 1.8 kilometers. Once you reach the intersection with Street 102, turn right onto Street 102. Konghing Fountain will be just a few meters ahead on your left, located at HW66+WRW.
