If you are at the Central Market (Psar Thmei), exit the market from the south entrance. Walk straight down Street 128 until you reach the intersection with Oknha Hing Penn Street. Turn left onto Oknha Hing Penn Street. Continue walking for about 600 meters, and you will find the National Library on your right side, near the intersection with Street 61.
