If you are near the Central Market (Phsar Thmey), exit the market and head west on Street 128. Walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Oknha Hing Penn Street. Turn left onto Oknha Hing Penn Street and continue walking for about 200 meters. The National Library will be on your right, opposite the Royal University of Phnom Penh.

If you are at the Riverside area (Sisowath Quay), you can easily hire a tuk-tuk to the National Library. Tell the driver to take you to Oknha Hing Penn Street. The journey should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before you start the ride, typically around $2 to $3.

From Wat Phnom, you can hire a cyclo. Ask the driver to take you to the National Library on Oknha Hing Penn Street. It should be a short ride of about 15 minutes. Be sure to negotiate the price beforehand, which should be around $2.
Bus
Take bus number 1 from the nearest bus stop to your location. Make sure to get off at the stop closest to the National Library. After disembarking, walk west on Oknha Hing Penn Street for about 100 meters, and you'll find the library on your left.
