Walking
If you are near the Riverside area in Phnom Penh, start by walking along Sisowath Quay (the riverfront promenade). Head north along the quay until you reach the junction with Street 104. Continue walking until you see the concrete bridge, known as the 'Japanese Bridge' (Bridges over the Tonle Sap River). Cross the bridge, and once you are on the other side, continue straight. After a short walk, you will find River View-ទេសភាពទន្លេ on your left side, located at HW9P+X98, Khan Chroy Changvar.
Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle from various rental shops in the city. Start your journey from the Riverside area, cycling north along Sisowath Quay. Once you reach the junction with Street 104, continue cycling towards the Japanese Bridge. Cross the bridge, and after heading straight for about 1 kilometer, you will find River View-ទេសភាពទន្លេ on your left side at HW9P+X98. The ride is pleasant and offers great views of the river.
Tuk-Tuk
To reach River View-ទេសភាពទន្លេ via Tuk-Tuk, find a Tuk-Tuk driver near your current location. Inform the driver that you want to go to HW9P+X98 in Khan Chroy Changvar. The driver will navigate through the city for you. A typical route would take you along Norodom Boulevard, then head towards the Japanese Bridge. After crossing the bridge, continue straight until you reach the destination, which will be on your left side.
Public Transportation (Bus)
While public buses are available in Phnom Penh, they may not provide a direct route to River View-ទេសភាពទន្លេ. However, you can take a bus that heads towards the north of the city. Board a bus that goes to the Russei Keo area, and get off at the nearest stop to the Japanese Bridge. From there, you can either walk or take a short Tuk-Tuk ride across the bridge, heading towards HW9P+X98, where the destination is located.
