If you are driving from the center of Preah Sihanouk, head southeast on Street 2. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Street 3. Turn left onto Street 3 and drive for another 2 kilometers. Follow the signs directing you towards Ream National Park, which will be on your right. There is a small entrance fee of around $5 per person to enter the park.
