If you're driving, start from the center of Preah Sihanouk, head east on Street 1 towards the Independence Hotel. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Street 2. Turn left onto Street 2 and follow it until you arrive at Wat Leu Pagoda, which is located approximately 5 kilometers from the center. Look for signs directing you to the pagoda as you approach the area.

To reach Wat Leu Pagoda by tuk-tuk, find a tuk-tuk driver in the central area of Preah Sihanouk. Inform them that you want to go to Wat Leu Pagoda. The driver will take you along the main roads, usually via Street 1 and Street 2. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure you have the location name written down in Khmer as well, in case the driver is unfamiliar with English.

Currently, public buses may not directly serve Wat Leu Pagoda, but you can take a local bus from the main bus station in Preah Sihanouk heading towards the coastal area. Once you disembark, it will be a short walk to the pagoda.
