Learning About Cambodia
We enjoyed this excursion for just the two of us with 3 different guides and drivers. Each guide had good English so we were able to understand and communicate with each of them. The 4-star hotels were in good shape with many tourists in each of them. It was not easy however, to communicate with the head of the tour group - I had communicated with them via VIATOR 4 months earlier to find out who would pick us up at the airport in PhnomPenh and a few days prior to this tour I tried to make sure there was still someone to pick us up. I was asked to communicate via “What’s App” (which I don’t have) and emails were not responded to very much. This provided some anxiety. The other issue was each guide was not familiar with who would guide us after they were finished. They did however, find out for us after we asked and set up regarding the 6-hour bus trip to Siem Reap, confirmed our pickup there and for the final day pickup to get to the airport.
