Tuk-tuk
To reach Wat Athvea Temple, you can hire a tuk-tuk from your hotel or a nearby location in Siem Reap. Simply tell the driver 'Wat Athvea Temple' or show them the address '8RFR+CCF, Krong Siem Reap'. The ride should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes from the city center. Enjoy the scenery as you travel, and make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle and ride to Wat Athvea Temple. From the city center, head west on Street 9 until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto National Road 6. Continue biking for about 3 kilometers until you see signs for Wat Athvea. The temple will be on your left. Walking
If you prefer to walk, here’s a suggested route: Starting from the Old Market area, head west on Street 9 until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take National Road 6 heading towards the west. It is a longer walk of approximately 4 kilometers and will take around 45 minutes. Keep hydrated and enjoy the surroundings as you approach the temple. Look for landmarks along the way to ensure you're on the right path.
