This is the best way to get from the airport to your destination. Ours was 3.5 hours from the airport. The company and then Reach, our driver, communicated with us from the beginning. We had pictures of the vehicle, our driver holding the sign with our names on it. A great experience! The vehicle had lounge chairs with built in massage. Felt very safe with the driving, I am usually nervous but not with our driver. If you don’t have data on your phone open up the airports WiFi so you can be in constant contact with your driver.

Very good trip

The journey was very good from start to finish. Our driver Kosal arrived early and was so kind, welcoming and helpful throughout the journey and he kept checking if we were okay with the temperature/toilet breaks etc. The car was very comfortable, spacious and clean and smelled nice. He provided us with lots of cold water and stopped at very clean service stations with good facilities. Kosal even helped carry all of our heavy bags/suitcases for us in and out of the car, and he was extremely helpful at the ferry port. He spoke to the ferry company for us to help us arrange an earlier ferry, which saved us a 2 hour wait as we had booked a later ferry by mistake. He carried our heavy bags up to the boat for us which was so kind, opening doors for us etc. He was very friendly and polite. 10/10 would recommend. Smooth comfortable journey.
