If you have access to a car, start your journey from the main entrance of Mefou National Park. Head northeast towards Yaoundé on the N3 road. Continue on N3 for approximately 15 kilometers. After reaching the outskirts of Yaoundé, take the exit towards the VC road (VF48+XJJ) which will lead you directly to Mont Akoa Ndoue. The total drive time is about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure to check the local traffic conditions before you leave.

From Mefou National Park, you can catch a bus or shared taxi to Yaoundé. Head to the nearest bus stop and look for a bus heading towards Yaoundé. Once in Yaoundé, you will need to transfer to a local taxi or motorcycle taxi (benskin) to reach Mont Akoa Ndoue.
