From Douala, take a bus to Buea. Buses are available from various locations in Douala, such as Bd de la Liberté, to Mile 17 in Buea. From Buea, arrange for a taxi or motorcycle taxi to the Mount Cameroon National Park entrance. Bus travel from Yaoundé to Mount Cameroon will cost approximately $21. The bus from Douala to Mile 17 in Buea, then a walk to Mount Cameroon will take approximately 1 hour and 6 minutes.

From Buea, head towards the N3 highway towards Limbe. After approximately 12 km, take the exit towards Mount Cameroon National Park. Follow the signs leading to the park entrance, where you can park in the designated area. Ensure you have enough fuel before entering the park, as services are limited.
