    From the Yaoundé city center, the National Museum is located a short walk from the large Court building, known as 'Justice'. Walk in the Quartier du Lac direction. The museum is well-signed and easily accessible on foot.

  • Public Transport

    Taxis are the most common form of public transport in Yaoundé. You can take a shared taxi or a 'depot' taxi. A shared taxi is less expensive (around 250 CFA francs for short distances) but will carry multiple passengers. A 'depot' taxi is more expensive (2,500 francs) but provides a direct route.
