Walking
From Quartier du Lac, the National Museum is easily accessible on foot. ориентируйтесь по Авеню дю Женерал де Голль. The museum will be a short walk away on your left.
Public Transport
From the central bus station in Yaoundé, take any bus heading towards Quartier du Lac. Inform the bus conductor that you are going to the National Museum. The bus will drop you off at a stop near the museum. Once you get off, walk towards Avenue du Général de Gaulle, and the National Museum will be a short walk away on your left. Bus fares are typically around XAF 350.
Taxi
Taxis are a common mode of transport in Yaoundé. You can either take a shared taxi or a 'depot' taxi. A shared taxi is less expensive, but a 'depot' taxi will take you directly to the museum. From anywhere in the city center, a taxi ride to the National Museum should cost approximately XAF 1500, but fares are subject to negotiation.
