Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the center of Edea, near the Edea Central Market. Head north on Avenue de la Libération towards Rue 4. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue 5, then turn left. Walk for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to Avenue des Nations Unies. Continue straight for another 1 kilometer until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge over the Sanaga River. After crossing, keep walking straight ahead until you reach the intersection with Unnamed Road. Turn right onto Unnamed Road. Parcours Vita will be on your left side after about 200 meters.

  • Bicycle

    From the central point in Edea, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Head north on Avenue de la Libération and continue straight until you reach Rue 4. Turn left on Rue 4 and ride for about 500 meters to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue des Nations Unies. Cycle for 1 kilometer until you reach the bridge over the Sanaga River. Cross the bridge and keep cycling straight. After crossing, turn right onto Unnamed Road. Parcours Vita will be on your left side in about 200 meters.
