    From the center of Bafoussam, head towards the main road (N6) leading out of town. You can start from the famous Bafoussam Market, which is a central point. Walk south on Avenue des Martyrs until you reach N6. Once you reach N6, turn left and continue walking for about 2 kilometers. You will pass a few local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the Chutes de la Métché. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will find a small path on your right leading to the waterfalls. Follow this path for another 500 meters, and you will arrive at Chutes de la Métché. Be cautious as the path may be uneven.

    To reach Chutes de la Métché via public transport, take a bus or shared taxi from Bamenda to Donga-Mantung. The fare typically ranges from 1,000 to 2,000 CFA francs. Upon arriving at Donga-Mantung, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (known as 'benskin') for about 1,000 CFA francs to take you directly to Chutes de la Métché. Be sure to negotiate the fare beforehand. The total travel time may take around 2 to 3 hours including waiting times and transfers.
