From the central point in Edea, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Head north on Avenue de la Libération and continue straight until you reach Rue 4. Turn left on Rue 4 and ride for about 500 meters to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue des Nations Unies. Cycle for 1 kilometer until you reach the bridge over the Sanaga River. Cross the bridge and keep cycling straight. After crossing, turn right onto Unnamed Road. Parcours Vita will be on your left side in about 200 meters.
