Public Transportation
To reach Parcours Vita using public transportation, take a taxi-brousse (shared taxi) heading towards Bonanjo from any major taxi-brousse station in Douala. Inform the driver that you are heading to Parcours Vita, and they will drop you off at a nearby stop. From there, walk approximately 500 meters southwest along Unnamed Road until you reach the park entrance. The taxi-brousse fare typically ranges from 200 to 500 CFA francs, depending on the distance.
Motorbike Taxi
If you prefer a quicker and more flexible option, you can hire a motorbike taxi (called 'benskin' in Cameroon). Simply ask for a ride to Parcours Vita. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the park. The fare usually ranges from 1000 to 2000 CFA francs depending on your starting point in Douala.
Car
If you are driving from the center of Douala, head southwest on Avenue de la Réunification towards Avenue de Gaulle. Continue straight for about 2 km. Then, turn left onto Rue de l'Indépendance and continue for about 1.5 km. After that, take a right onto Unnamed Road. Parcours Vita will be located on your left. There is no entry fee for the park, but parking might have a small fee depending on the location you park.
