Walking
From the center of Mamfe, head towards the main road leading south towards Douala. Walk approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the N5 road. Continue straight on the N5 road, following the signs for Douala. After about 5 kilometers, you will reach a bus stop where you can catch a local bus to Douala. Make sure to confirm you are on a bus heading to Bonanjo, Douala.

Once you are on the bus, enjoy the scenic views as you travel towards Douala. The trip may take around 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. Keep an eye out for the Bonanjo district as you approach Douala. When you arrive at Bonanjo, alight at the nearest bus stop and ask locals for directions to the Maritime Museum, located at 1588 Douala. It should be a short walk from there.

As you walk from the bus stop, head towards the main street, Boulevard de la Liberté. Walk along this street for about 300 meters. You will see the Maritime Museum of Douala on your right, located at 1588, Douala. Look out for the distinctive entrance and signage of the museum. Enjoy your visit!
