From the center of Mamfe, head towards the main market area. Keep walking straight until you reach the main road leading out of town. Once you reach the main road, continue walking in the direction of Fontem. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will see signs leading to Fontem. Follow these signs until you reach the junction where the road splits. Take the left fork, which will lead you towards Toh-Ntsonkeng.

If you can rent a bicycle in Mamfe, start from the market square and cycle towards the main road out of town. Cycle along the road heading towards Fontem. The journey will take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace. Keep an eye out for the signs that indicate the direction of Fontem. When you reach the junction, take the left fork to head towards Toh-Ntsonkeng.
