Serenity Amidst Nature: Campement Edouard Moussa

Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the main market area in Ngaoundéré, known as 'Marché de Ngaoundéré'. From the market, head east on Avenue de l'Indépendance. Keep walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rue des Ecoles. Turn left onto Rue des Ecoles and continue straight for another 500 meters. You will then reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Rue de la Réserve. Continue along this road for about 1.5 kilometers. After passing a school on your right, you will see a sign for Campement Edouard Moussa ahead. Follow the path that leads to the entrance.

• Motorbike Taxi (Benskin)

  From your location in Ngaoundéré, flag down a motorbike taxi (known locally as Benskin). Tell the driver you want to go to 'Campement Edouard Moussa'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the location, which is approximately 3 kilometers from the town center. Look out for the sign indicating the camp as you approach.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start from the main square in Ngaoundéré. Take Avenue de l'Indépendance heading east for about 1 kilometer. At the intersection with Rue des Ecoles, turn left and cycle for 500 meters. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue de la Réserve. Continue cycling for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the sign for Campement Edouard Moussa. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
