Start from the central market area in Ngaoundéré, known as 'Marché Central'. Head northeast on Avenue du 1er Mai towards Avenue de la Réunification. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Réunification. From there, turn left onto Avenue de la Réunification. After a short walk of approximately 500 meters, you will turn right onto Rue de la Liberté. Walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit, continuing on Rue de la Liberté. After about 300 meters, you will see a sign for Quartier Haut Plateau on your left. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will arrive at Quartier Haut Plateau.
