Car
If you are traveling by car, the Salmon Pools Trailhead is located at 16654 Cabot Trail, Petit Étang, NS B0E 2M0. From Sydney, take the NS-125 N highway towards the Cabot Trail. Follow signs for the Cabot Trail (NS-30). Continue on Cabot Trail until you reach Petit Étang. The trailhead will be on your right side. There is usually no parking fee, but be mindful of any posted signage.

You can take the Maritime Bus service to reach the nearest stop, which is in Cheticamp.
