Getting There

Walking
Start at the Charlottetown waterfront area, near Victoria Row. Head east along the waterfront pathway towards the Confederation Landing Park. As you pass the park, continue along the boardwalk until you reach the end of the park. Once you reach the intersection at the end of the park, turn left onto Water Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with University Avenue. Cross University Avenue to continue on Water Street. Follow Water Street as it curves and becomes Hillsborough Street. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Belvedere Avenue. Turn right onto Belvedere Avenue. Stay on Belvedere Avenue as it leads you towards the outskirts of the city. You will eventually reach the intersection with the Trans-Canada Highway (Route 1). Cross the highway carefully at the designated pedestrian crossing and continue on the path until you arrive at Blockhouse Road. Follow Blockhouse Road to the end, where you will find the Blockhouse Point Lighthouse.
