Walking
If you are in the downtown area of Charlottetown, start at the Confederation Centre of the Arts located at 145 Richmond Street. From there, head south on Richmond Street towards Great George Street. Turn left onto Great George Street and continue walking until you reach Grafton Street. Turn right onto Grafton Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Prince Street. At this intersection, turn left onto Prince Street and follow it until you reach the waterfront. Once at the waterfront, continue walking east along the boardwalk until you reach the entrance to Joseph A. Ghiz Memorial Park, located at 46.2409889 latitude and -63.1193233 longitude.

From the downtown area, you can take the local bus service. Board bus route 1 at the nearest bus stop (located on Queen Street near the Confederation Centre of the Arts). Stay on the bus as it travels towards the waterfront area. Get off at the stop closest to the park, which is on Water Street. From there, walk a short distance towards the park entrance. Turn left onto Great George Street, then right onto Grafton Street. Continue on Grafton Street until you reach Prince Street. Turn left onto Prince Street and follow it to the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, you can bike along the scenic boardwalk until you reach Joseph A. Ghiz Memorial Park. The park is well-signposted, making it easy to find.
