    If you are in downtown Charlottetown, start at the Confederation Centre of the Arts located at 145 Richmond Street. Head east on Richmond Street towards the waterfront. After about 5 minutes, you will reach Water Street. Take a right onto Water Street and walk south along the waterfront. Continue walking until you see the entrance to Victoria Park on your left, marked by a sign. The Boardwalk is about a 10-minute walk from the Confederation Centre.
